Start by clicking on one of the 6 boards shown below. On the next screen select the frame. Click on the last screen to show an enlargement of your board and frame combination. To select chess pieces or complete sets, click on the menu to the left.
The boards shown below are designed for a 3" chess set, but we also have boards for 2 1/2" sets. A standard 3” board is approximately 22” by 34” and 2 1/2” board is 20” by 30”. The size will vary depending on the frame. Send an email if you are interested in a custom board for your set.
The Red Cherry Series has a deep reddish tone. All the Cherry boards are similar to that box of chocolates, you just never know what you going to get. Great for just about any type of chess set but Rosewood. Click on the board for frame options, pricing and enlargements.
The rich Walnut color series with the dark backgrounds are great for light colored sets, Pewter or shinny metal sets. If one side of the metal set is very dark, I would go to a Maple or Cherry board. Click on the board for frame options, pricing and enlargements.
This Maple board with Ebony stain is a very pretty board. I would stay with the metal sets, gold and silver look great on this board along with the Rose Red set as shown here. Click on the board for frame options, pricing and enlargements.
This Maple Nut series is a Maple board with a deep rich brown stain. Good board for most sets except Rosewood or if one side of the board is very white. Click on the board for frame options, pricing and enlargements.
